In addition to market-saturation and competition statistics, local pricing and rates analysis, key demographics, price volatility, and historical trends, the PDF publications now include property square footage, an analysis of market inventory, and year-over-year pricing trends. Average unit rates and comparisons within selected radiuses as well as statewide price averages also have been added, according to a press release.
