The Heyward Cos., a South Carolina-based self-storage and property management company, has changed its name to RES Management, announced Albert Heyward III, chairman and CEO, and Andy Shobert, president.
Founded in 1977, RES Management oversees 22 self-storage facilities and office complexes in North Carolina and South Carolina, acting as a gateway between daily operations and their owners. The company offers budget analysis, marketing, employee relations and cost controls among its services.
The new name is meant to reflect the companys commitment to real exceptional service, company officials said.
