The hosts of the Inside Self-Storage Expo - Las Vegas, the industrys largest international conference and tradeshow, are giving away four footballs signed by legendary football coach and current storage owner Barry Switzer, the shows keynote speaker. The expo will take place Feb. 20-23 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. Anyone who purchases a Gold or Silver Registration Package by Jan. 31, 2007, will be entered into a drawing to win one of the four prizes.
The winners will be announced on the ISS website, www.insideselfstorage.com, on Feb. 1. They can collect their footballs at the start of Switzers keynote presentation on Feb. 21 and will be offered VIP front-row seating. The session is sponsored by Switzers Locker Room and Lawton, Okla.-based Cannon Storage Systems.
Switzer was the head coach for collegiate and professional football teams, the Oklahoma University Sooners and the Dallas Cowboys. He has one of the highest winning percentages of any college coach in history, and is one of only two head coaches to win both a national collegiate championship and a Super Bowl. Since his football career, Switzer authored a best-selling autobiography, Bootleggers Boy, written with Bud Shrake with a forward by Joe Paterno. He was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame in 2002 and received the Jim Thorpe Lifetime Achievement Award in 2004. In 2003, he founded Switzers Locker Room, a chain of Midwest self-storage facilities.
The ISS Expo is sponsored by Inside Self-Storage magazine, a monthly publication dedicated to the needs of industry owners, operators, managers, investors, developers and suppliers. The company has provided self-storage education and information for more than 16 years.
