Osborne co-founded Bitterroot/Keylock in 2012, building it into a $100 million portfolio with 12 properties across the Northwest. Though he specializes in turning around underperforming properties, he’s also developed self-storage from the ground up, expanded existing facilities and converted other property types into storage.
