Attic Self Storage, which operates four facilities in London, launched an eCommerce Accelerator Program designed to help local entrepreneurs scale their enterprises. The program will provide select candidates with funding, free storage space and free access to workspace pods at its recently opened facility in Harrow, England, according to a press release.
Anyone interested in this opportunity must be complete a form on the Attic website by May 31. Five business owners will be rewarded with £500 each to assist with startup costs, plus 12 months of unit and workspace access. The pods come with WiFi, computer plug-ins, a printer and coffee. Each storage unit is secured with a keyless electronic lock users control via mobile app.
“Attic is very excited to launch its eCommerce Accelerator Program. We have seen pandemic-evolved businesses seeking space, along with kitchen-table talent who have been crafting at home and are now looking for units,” said Frederic de Ryckman de Betz, CEO and founder. “From drinks to fashion businesses, Attic facilities are becoming a creative hub for startups and entrepreneurial founders. We look forward to facilitating this and developing further with our new Harrow facility.”
Founded in 2006, Attic operates facilities in Bow, Harrow, King’s Cross and Marylebone. Additional services include conference rooms, moving and packing supplies, and mailbox rentals.
