The Storage Group (TSG), an Internet-marketing company serving the self-storage industry, is set to release Pinnacle, a new Web design for its customers. When paired with the company’s ClickandStor rental tool, Pinnacle turns a self-storage website into a Progressive Web App, an application that loads like a regular Web page or website but offers additional user functionality. It was designed to help self-storage operators improve their customer experience, according to a press release.
Created specifically for self-storage operations, Pinnacle creates a seamless customer experience, the release stated. “With ClickandStor, your site becomes a Progressive Web App, which is powerful Google technology that eliminates weaknesses of regular apps,” explained Jill Baker, director of sales. “This integration means both speed and engagement are greater than ever.”
Pinnacle uses technology to improve speed, provide indexability, enable push notifications and more. “The prospective tenant is put first and is never more than a click away from the rental funnel,” said Paul Bowers, creative director. “With today’s busy lifestyles, the ability for users to be able to swap devices and continue with their purchase is a must.”
Based in Maitland, Fla., TSG provides online tools and marketing solutions to the self-storage industry. The company's services include local-listing management, mobile websites, online rentals, pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimization, social media marketing and website development.
