Investment Real Estate LLC (IRE), a property-management and consulting firm serving the self-storage industry, has hired Justin Quinto as a brokerage advisor, responsible for listings, sales, buyer representation, due diligence, financial analysis and feasibility studies for properties in the Northeast. He’ll be based in Connecticut.
Quinto has been in the storage industry for more than 14 years. During that time, he’s been involved in the operation of more than 75 facilities in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining IRE, he worked for 10 years as a district manager for Extra Space Storage Inc., covering properties in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York.
“Justin brings an incredible amount of knowledge about the self-storage industry to our firm,” said Kevin Bledsoe, vice president of brokerage. “We’re very lucky to have someone with his operations and industry experience on our team, and we’re confident that the clients we serve are in good hands under Justin’s guidance.”
Quinto is a member of the Connecticut and Massachusetts Self Storage Associations, as well as the national Self Storage Association.
