Texas-based CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners has rebranded its self-storage brokerage service under the name CASE Self-Storage Advisory. In making the move, the company also hired Richard Minker, a veteran Fort Worth, Texas, commercial real estate broker, to lead an expansion of its self-storage storage division, according to the source.
In the last two years, CASE sold more than a dozen self-storage facilities totaling more than $35 million, the source reported.
“We have a long and very productive history of providing consulting services to investors in this unique industry,” principal Tom Sutherland, told the source. “CASE will invest new resources to ensure that our growth in this segment not only continues, but accelerates the platform to provide even more comprehensive services to our clients. It will be big.”
The self-storage division will represent buyers and sellers, as well as provide property-management and financial-advisory services. CASE is affiliated with the Argus Self-Storage Sales Network, a nationwide network of independent brokers specializing in self-storage.
Minker has been a commercial real estate broker for 34 years, specializing in the self-storage market for the past 15 years. He will be joined in Fort Worth by Chad Snyder, associate, and Dani Hall, research and marketing, according to the source.
CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners is a privately owned, full-service commercial real estate company offering specialized services in self-storage as well as corporate relocations, health care and law firms. The company also partners with TCN Worldwide, a global network of real estate firms which work in concert to offer real estate services worldwide.
