Safe-Keeping Self Storage, a 539-unit self-storage facility in southeast Houston, sold to a subsidiary of WEDGE Real Estate Holdings for an undisclosed amount.
The facility is located at 900 W. Nasa Parkway, close to Interstate 45 in the southeast Houston suburb of Clear Lake. The property has 50,332 square feet.
Wedge Real Estate Holdings Inc. owns and operates 20 self-storage facilities under the names Stor-A-Way and US Storage throughout Austin, Houston and Dallas.
