Strategic Storage Trust Inc. (SSTI) finalized the $4.7 million acquisition of a 500-unit self-storage facility in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /?><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Manassas</st1:city>, <st1:state w:st="on">Va.</st1:state></st1:place> The newly acquired storage center is located in the fast-growing Interstate 66 corridor about 27 miles southwest of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Washington</st1:city>, <st1:state w:st="on">D.C.</st1:state></st1:place>, and contains approximately 49,000 rentable square feet of self-storage space.
