The new Extra Space Storage self-storage facility in Carson, Calif., is celebrating its grand opening on June 9 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The celebration will include an appearance by the Laker Girls, the dance squad for the L.A. Lakers basketball team, who will be on hand to greet fans and take photos.
There will also be free food from In-N-Out, and tours of the new facility, 24950 S. Main St., will be available.
"We want to throw a 'get to know us' party for the neighbors, and by neighbors we mean everyone in the greater Carson area," said Mark Stanke, division vice president of the new Extra Space Storage in Carson. "We're excited to be here and we're looking forward to being an asset to the community by providing valuable services to customers and being good neighbors to all."
The Carson facility features 750 storage units ranging in size from 25 to 300 square feet. The facility is accessible every day, and features 24-hour video surveillance.
