Marcus & Millichap (M&M), a commercial real estate firm that specializes in self-storage, has promoted Gabriel Coe to senior vice president of investments, based out of the Columbus, Ohio, office. Coe is a partner with Brett Hatcher in the firm’s The Hatcher Group.
Coe joined M&M in 2015 as an associate and was promoted to first vice president of investments two years later. He represents properties in 29 states and has been involved in 129 real estate transactions totaling more than $650 million, according to a press release.
Last year, Coe ranked second in sales in the firm’s National Self-Storage Group and has placed in the top 10 other times since joining the company. In the first quarter of 2019, Coe ranked No. 16 in a list of M&M’s top investment professionals overall. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University.
Founded in 1971, M&M employs nearly 2,000 investment and financing professionals in offices throughout Canada and the United States. It provides real estate, joint-venture and mortgage brokerage as well as research and advisory services to commercial investors and owners.
