SROA Capital LLC, which operates the Storage Rentals of America and Storage Zone brands, appointed Randy Weissman as vice president of strategy. He’ll be responsible for identifying and implementing initiatives that add value to the company’s operations, field processes and procedures, according to a press release.
Weissman has more than 25 years of executive-leadership experience in self-storage asset management and operation. He’s a founding member and past president of the Mobile Self-Storage Association, and has written articles on self-storage and mobile storage. Weissman has also been a keynote speaker and led educational seminars and roundtable discussions at national and regional self- and mobile-storage conferences. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri.
