Real estate firm Bancap Self Storage Group Inc. hired Garrett Danner as a self-storage investment specialist. In this role, he’ll work with the company’s clients to ensure they receive the best results possible in the sales and acquisitions of storage properties throughout California, according to a press release.
Danner began his real estate career in 2015. Most recently, he was vice president of debt and structured finance for CBRE Capital Markets. He assisted numerous institutional and family-owned clients with their real estate and financing endeavors, the release stated.
Danner earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA) and a master’s degree from Durham University Business School in England. He was captain of the UCLA Division I Men’s Water Polo Team, which won two National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Championships. He was awarded the “NCAA Player of the Year” and the “Peter J. Cutino Award.”
