Inside Self-Storage (ISS) and Janus International will present a free webinar on Sept. 23 titled “Your Older Self-Storage Facility Needs Renovation Now! Learn Why, How, Financial Benefits and More.” Presented by Richard Lillie, vice president of business development of the Janus R3 Division, the one-hour live event at 1 p.m. PT will include time for questions from the audience.
The online session will explore how older self-storage sites can be upgraded to function better and become a market leader in today’s competitive landscape. Attendees will get information on commonly pursued projects such as door replacement, unit remixes, security-system retrofits and more. They’ll also learn what to expect from the renovation process and how it can save money on taxes, insurance and other business expenses.

An Atlanta native, Lillie joined Janus in 2008 and assumed his current role last year, now overseeing company sales in the Southeast. He’s been recognized as “Salesman of the Year” four times and has served as a member of the North Carolina Self Storage Association Board of Directors since 2012.
