BETCO Inc., a manufacturer of metal buildings and components for the self-storage industry, has expanded its sales team by hiring Craig Anderson, who’ll work with developers in the U.S. Midwest and Western Canada. Anderson has served the self-storage industry since 2003 in various sales, design and customer-support roles, according to a press release.
Prior to joining BETCO, Anderson was a field-sales representative for Tradesmen International, a provider of skilled craftsmen to the construction industry. He also worked for self-storage building supplier Trachte Building Systems as an inside salesperson.
“Craig Anderson has made his mark in the self-storage industry over the years, and his knowledge and skillset will undoubtedly be an asset to BETCO,” said Roc Hughes, vice president of business development for BETCO. “We’re elated to welcome him to the team as we continue to grow and provide unmatched, dynamic building solutions to the self-storage industry.”
Founded in 1984 and based in Statesville, N.C., BETCO produces steel roll-up doors and hallway systems for self-storage and other industrial applications. It also provides refurbishing services for existing self-storage buildings.
