Inside Self-Storage (ISS) has released a new podcast as part of its “Sounds of Storage” series that offers advice on handling awkward or strange operational situations. The 10-minute interview with Steven Jeffers, facilities asset manager for Bee Safe Storage and Wine Cellar, provides examples of these out-of-the-ordinary occurrences from his own experience and how they should generally be handled. It also touches on ways operators can avoid similar challenges.
Jeffers also provides a sneak peek at the seminar he’ll present as part of the upcoming ISS World Expo in Las Vegas. “When It's Gotta Be Done: Controlling Sticky Situations in Self-Storage” will take place on April 16. Details can be found at issworldexpo.com.
This audio and others in the series can be accessed on the ISS podcasts page.
Jeffers’ industry experience and expertise includes local marketing, management optimization and leadership training.
