StorCo Self Storage will host a carnival to celebrate its grand opening in Wood River, Ill., next month. The event, April 12-21 at 1401 Vaughn Road, is being co-hosted by Wood River Parks & Recreation. It’ll include food, games and rides as well as music by bands Amped Up, Climate, Dr. Zhivegas, Lady Luck, MindBender and Point Plan, according to the source.
StorCo created its facility from the former Jack Schmitt Chevrolet car lot. The property contains more than 500 interior, climate-controlled units as well as outdoor vehicle storage. It offers rental trucks and a retail center that sells moving and packing supplies.
StorCo is an affiliate of Store Here Self Storage, which operates 25 facilities in 15 states.
