The Maine Self-Storage Association (MeSSA) announced some of its upcoming 2012 events, including its annual membership conference, and created a joint ListServ (electronic mailing list) with other New England self-storage associations.
The next meeting of MeSSA members will take place Jan. 19 at the Muddy Rudder restaurant in Yarmouth, Maine. The meeting will include an open Q&A as well as a "Yankee Swap" in which participants can pawn off the worst holiday gift they received.
Another membership meeting will be held April 12 in the August area.
MeSSA will hold its 2012 annual conference on June 14 and 15 at Hollywood Slots Hotel and Casino in Bangor, Maine. Event participation is free to all member self-storage facilities.
MeSSA has also teamed up with the Connecticut and Massachusetts Self Storage Associations in a joint ListServ, which will feature online forums where members will be able to ask questions or seek advice.
