Inside Self-Storage (ISS) has released a podcast focused on the new overtime regulations that will affect industry owners and managers. Part of the “Sounds of Storage” series, the 11-minute recording features an interview with attorney Jeffrey Greenberger, a partner in Katz, Greenberger, & Norton LLP. Greenberger provides an in-depth overview of the updated salary thresholds and criteria for overtime exemption. He also offers advice on the steps operators should take to ensure they’re in compliance with the new law.
