OpenTech Alliance Inc., a Phoenix-based provider of self-storage kiosks and call-center services, completed a significant update to its product integration with SiteLink Web Edition self-storage software, produced by SMD Software Inc. The 19 enhancements that have been added apply to all OpenTech products including the Self-Storage Network, INSOMNIAC Online, INSOMNIAC LiveAgent! and its new cloud-based services.
Many of the enhancements underscore the one-call resolution strategy of OpenTech's call-center service, according to a press release issued by the company. They help narrow the information gap between a self-storage manager's knowledge of his facility and a call-center representative's familiarity with that site.
OpenTech introduced its Alliance Partner Program several years ago to collaborate with self-storage software providers and provide integrated solutions to self-storage operators. The Alliance fosters communication regarding sales, marketing, technical support and software development. Its aim is to provide quality service and continuous product improvement for customers of OpenTech and its partners.
OpenTech products and services include seven models of INSOMNIAC self-storage kiosks ranging in price from $5,500 to $18,000, the INSOMNIAC Live! call center, and the INSOMNIAC Self Storage Network for online storage reservations and rentals.
