Real estate investment trust (REIT) Global Self Storage Inc. will discuss the company’s 2015 financial performance during the ROTH Conference, March 14-16, at The Ritz Carlton in Dana Point, Calif. The conference focuses on business-development opportunities in the small and mid-cap space and is produced by investment-banking firm ROTH Capital Partners LLC.
Mark C. Winmill, president and CEO of Global, will speak at 8 p.m. ET on March 14, addressing the company’s 2015 performance and other information detailed in the REIT’s annual report. He’ll also conduct one-on-one meetings throughout the day, according to a press release.
The event is expected to draw more than 500 “small and micro-cap growth companies” and approximately 3,000 attendees, the release stated.
Founded in 1984, ROTH is a privately owned firm headquartered in Newport Beach, Calif. It has six U.S. regional offices and another in Hong Kong.
Founded in 1983, Global Self Storage is a self-administered and -managed REIT focused on the acquisition, development and ownership of self-storage facilities in the United States. The company owns seven storage properties through its wholly owned subsidiaries in Illinois, Indiana, New York, Pennsylvania and South Carolina. It changed its name from Self Storage Group Inc. in January.
