West Creek Self Storage in Eagleswood, N.J., is collecting shoes for a grassroots charitable ministry. Shoes of any shape, size, style or condition will be collected through Jan. 31 for Shoes 2 Share, a ministry that provides international and domestic programs to help men, women and children participate in school, church, sports, work and other everyday activities.
Based in Delaware, Shoes 2 Share was founded by Rhonda and Tim Wampler, who adopted two children from Haiti. The couple founded the charity after witnessing the countrys extreme poverty.
Shoes can be dropped off at the self-storage facility, 421 Route 9, during business hours, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
