Storage Pros Management LLC, which owns and manages nearly 60 self-storage facilities in six states, recently acquired three storage properties in the Nashville, Tenn., market. The company purchased two A-A-A Self Storage facilities in Nashville proper, and a StoragePlex property in Murfreesboro, Tenn., 25 miles south of the city. The properties, which will be branded as Storage Pros Self Storage, include roughly 219,000 square feet of storage space, 1,930 units and several vehicle-parking spaces.
Storage Pros now owns and operates 17 self-storage facilities in the Knoxville and Nashville, Tenn., markets. “We see great upside in the Nashville market and are pleased to be increasing our footprint and efficiencies in this fast-growing [metropolitan statistical area],” said David Levenfeld, president and CEO.
Founded in 2007, Storage Pros is a privately owned company specializing in the acquisition, development and management of self-storage facilities in the eastern states. The company owns 51 facilities and manages an additional six in Florida, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Tennessee. The properties comprise more than 3.3 million square feet of storage space, nearly 27,000 units and more than 2,000 vehicle-parking spaces.
