Inside Self-Storage (ISS) and Janus International will host a free webinar titled “Contactless Rentals: How to Automate the Self-Storage Move-In Process” at 2 p.m. ET on June 25. It’ll be presented by Terry Bagley, president of the Janus Smart Entry and Facility Automation Division. The one-hour live event will include time for questions from the audience and be recorded for future access.
The webinar will explore ways self-storage operators can leverage automated customer-service features and contact-free move-in procedures. Attendees will learn how automation improves the tenant experience and why it’s important to meet prospective customers “where they are.” They’ll also hear about the technology available to create contact-free rentals and considerations for implementation.
Interested parties must complete a simple registration process to participate. Details can be found at www.insideselfstorage.com/webinars.
