Inside Self-Storage (ISS) has released a podcast examining how self-storage operators can effectively market to Millennials. Part of the “Sounds of Storage” series, the five-minute recording features an interview with Cheli Rosa, director of marketing for online-auction company StorageStuff.Bid. Rosa discusses how Millennials differ from traditional consumers as well as strategies operators can use to better connect with this growing consumer audience, which now outnumbers Baby Boomers in population.
