A man who was stabbed Monday at a self-storage facility in Midvale, Utah, remains in serious condition, while his attacker is in jail.
The two men had an altercation at Midvale Self Storage, 7307 S. Cottonwood St., where they rented a unit. They are part of a group of homeless men who pooled their money to pay for the unit. Police said the men appeared to be living in the unit.
According to police, the victim had been allegedly teasing the suspect, who pulled a knife and stabbed the man once in the chest. The suspect was charged with second-degree felony aggravated assault and remains in jail.
