A new Village Self Storage facility is under construction in Fruitland Park, Fla. The site at the intersection of County Road 466A and Micro Racetrack Road is being developed by Summerfield, Fla.-based Dustin Nelson Inc.
The 90,000-square-foot property is near the Villages of Fruitland Park, a master-planned residential community that will include more than 2,000 homes once complete. The business will offer climate-controlled and traditional storage as well as vehicle storage.
