The Storage Post Self Storage facility at 112 Bruckner Blvd. in Bronx, N.Y., recently underwent a significant refurbishment. Renovations for this building on the highly visible corner of Bruckner Boulevard and Brown Place included upgraded security, new paint in the company's signature bold green and bright yellow, updated restrooms, additional lighting and improved indoor loading bays. In addition the office was enlarged and upgraded to include modern accents and a new customer waiting area.
"At the store-level, your most effective marketer is your building. That's why we've really worked to update our properties, most especially through curb appeal and added features that make customers happy," said chief operating officer Jack Chaney. "The paint and storefront facade with large glass windows really increases the building's retail appeal. With its facelift, Bruckner is attracting new customers left and right."
The Bruckner facility is also equipped with 24-hour video recording, climate-controlled storage units, onsite parking and packing supplies. The building was built in the 1920s and contains 1,729 storage units within 115,000 gross square feet.
Storage Post's rebranding initiatives have been implemented at multiple company locations, with a focus on returning former industrial storage conversions to classically beautiful buildings, according to a press release. Renovated properties also receive complete sign packages displaying the Storage Post brand.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Storage Post has locations along the East Coast and throughout the South, and is actively pursuing self-storage acquisitions.
