Orchard Park Road Storage LLC, a New York-based investment group, is building a new self-storage facility on the site of a former Dodge car dealership it purchased in Seneca, N.Y., last fall. Expected to open this month, the property at 1510 Orchard Park Road will offer 70 interior storage units as well as 70 previously existing outdoor spaces, according to the source. Security features will include a code-access entry system, perimeter fencing and video cameras. It will operate as Orchard Park Road Storage.
Orchard Park is led by company principals Bart Adams, a retired West Seneca police officer, and Paul Stephen, president of Stephen Development Properties, a real estate development firm based in Clarence, N.Y. The company partnered with Best Brothers Development to manage the facility conversion and marketing. Adams’ son, Brian, will oversee the storage operation, the source reported.
The storage facility is owned by a local family with several years of self-storage experience, according to the company website.
