Moove In Self Storage, which operates 17 facilities in Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, has hired Lori Ryan as a property manager for its facility in Manheim, Pa. Her duties include collecting customer payments, renting units, marketing, retail sales and more.
Ryan has more than 13 years of customer-service and management experience. Her most recent position was as a property manager for a large housing complex in Pennsylvania. Her duties included managing and maintaining the property, organizing resident activities, and showcasing and leasing apartments while maintaining a 92 percent residency.
“I am excited to welcome Lori aboard,” said Jason Carl, district manager. “Lori’s experience in sales and customer service will certainly prove to be a great benefit to our team. She hit the ground running from day one, and we are lucky to have her at the Manheim store.”
Ryan lives in Lititz, Pa. She’s a certified dog trainer and spends her spare time volunteering with Mastiffs to Mutts Rescue Inc.
Founded in 1997, Moove In operates facilities in Baltimore County in Maryland; Huntingdon, Lancaster and York Counties in Pennsylvania; and Sussex County in New Jersey. The properties are managed by Investment Real Estate Management LLC, a branch of York, Pa.-based Investment Real Estate LLC, a property-management and consulting firm specializing in the self-storage industry. Since its inception in 1998, the company has provided brokerage, construction, development and management services to facility owners and investors.
