In this video, Mark Helm, author of “Creating Wealth Through Self-Storage,” presents a case study of CitySpace on Main Self Storage, a mixed-use project built during the recession in downtown Louisville, Ky. Helm shares before-and-after images of the development as well as some of the project strategies used on the two-story conversion from a former lumber warehouse.
