Mission Bay Self Storage in Boca Raton, Fla., will hosts its second “Multi-Family Community Yard Sale” on Oct. 18. Open to the public, the event at 20273 State Road 7, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., will include food, music and a bounce house. The proceeds raised from food and booth sales will benefit the West Boca Chamber of Commerce.
The storage facility held its first community yard sale in February. Forty families sold their goods to about 400 shoppers, according to the source.
Vehicle access to the property will be prohibited from 7:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tenants who wish to access a boat or vehicle in a storage unit should contact the facility office to make prior arrangements.
Mission Bay Self Storage offers 24-hour access, climate control, vehicle storage and a business center with Wi-Fi.
