Video may have killed the radio star, but in the evolution of self-storage industry education, it could very well enhance your business acumen. For the first time in the 21-year history of the Inside Self-Storage World Expo, ISS is able to provide post-show, video access to select education sessions via the new Inside Self-Storage Store.

ISS is proud to bring you 16 On-Demand Expo Education videos filmed during the ISS Expo. The videos cover the full range of education-track topics offered during the show, from legal issues, feasibility and insurance to marketing, customer service and technology. Self-storage owners, managers and investors who may not have been able to attend the expo or visit all of the sessions they wanted during the show now have the opportunity to view key sessions they may have missed. Others may find the videos a helpful refresher on important topics, even if they attended the sessions during the show.

Thirteen of the videos run under an hour, while three sessions (including two mini clinics) run between 90 minutes and two hours. An introductory preview can be viewed for each video.

One of the advantages the videos offer is the ability to view them repeatedly, pause during playback (in case youre taking notes) and fast forward and rewind to important segments. Each video is also synched with the presentation slides used by the speaker, when applicable. Once a video is purchased, it is housed permanently in your My On-Demand Library and can be accessed as often as you like, anywhere you have an Internet connection and from any connected computer or mobile device.

The ability to access industry education has never been easier. Staying abreast of the latest self-storage trends and business ideas is about more than professional development; it is about wanting to implement best practices at your facilities to build a better business.

Some education videos that may be of particular interest include:
