Synergy Storage Group, which provides third-party management services to the self-storage industry, has been selected as one of the top companies to work for in Tampa Bay, Fla., according to the “Top Workplace” survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics LLP, a research firm focused on organizational health and employee engagement. The survey results are based solely on employee feedback, according to a Synergy press release.
Self-storage facility manager Gina Simpson, who has worked with Synergy for 10 years, called the company “outstanding,” with a strong commitment to its employees and customers. “Synergy has an open-door policy that allows everyone to gain knowledge and support at any time, relieving some of the stress and challenges that can sometimes come with any position,” she said. “I still value my position as manager as much as the day I began working because of their exceptional qualities. I am thankful and proud to be an employee of Synergy Storage Group.”
WorkplaceDynamics conducts its regional survey in conjunction with 40 major publishing partners across the United States. The complete list of honorees was published in the “Tampa Bay Times” on April 12.
Over the past year, more than 5,000 U.S. organizations have turned to WorkplaceDynamics to better understand what’s on the minds of their employees, according to the release. The company also provides staff solutions, training and tools to help clients improve their work environment.
Established in 1995 and based in Redington Shores, Fla., Synergy Storage Group offers third-party management services and real estate brokerage. The company oversees 25 self-storage properties in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Idaho and Tennessee.
