The property includes an office, reception area, boardroom and a two-bedroom managers apartment. Ezy Access Storage offers video surveillance, an undercover driveway, free use of the companys moving truck, and packing supplies. Racking systems for document storage are also available.
Matt Walsh of Highway Frontage Real Estate brokered the transaction. Walsh told the source the owner of the business decided to sell due to lack of experience in the industry. He said the new owners will likely continue to use the building as a self-storage business.
