The live and silent auctions held at the Texas Self Storage Association (TSSA) Convention and Tradeshow in September broke the groups fundraising record, generating $23,574 for the Shriners Burns Hospital for Children in Galveston, Texas. The TSSA has been generating donations for Shriners at its annual events since 1999, and the previous high was $13,454 in 2002.
