He joined Storage USA in 1994 as a district manager for the San Francisco area and has 12 years of experience in the self-storage industry. He will assume responsibility for the Western Division, which consists of Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah.

Parsons joined the company from a private real estate firm where he was vice president of property management. He was also once a regional manager for Storage USA, responsible for facilities in the South-Central United States. He has 29 years of experience in managing retail, multi-family and self-storage assets. He will be responsible for the South/Central Division consisting of Alabama, Colorado, Louisiana, Tennessee and Texas.

He will take charge of the Southeast Division consisting of the East Coast states from New Jersey to Florida.

Fitzgerald has been with the company since 2001. He has spent 23 years in the real estate industry, with 16 years of experience in various senior-management positions in the self-storage business.
