SpaceGuard

Trac-Rite Door Inc. released its improved lock and latch system, SpaceGuard, to increase the security of roll-up doors. Based on consumer feedback, Trac-Rite has removed all guess work from the latch system, adding a locking mechanism until the throw is slid over and completely engaged. The design has also been augmented by the addition of latch embossing. The bends that are created with the embossing process add strength to the latch bar to help resist bending so that, over time and with extensive use, the throw continues to slide smoothly.
