The two-story self-storage facility recently built in Goffstown, N.H., by Mast Road Self Storage LLC will open on May 20. Sitting on a 4.7-acre site at the corner of Mast Road and Tatro Drive, the 46,875-square-foot facility offers 399 climate-controlled units and 21 large, non-climate-controlled, drive-up units. It’s the first storage business in the area to offer climate control, according to a company press release.
A main feature of the property’s design is both levels of storage units can be accessed from the ground, as the structure was built into the existing landscape. As such, it doesn’t use elevators. The property has a large office and a retail store that sells moving and packing supplies.
Mast Road Self Storage is a joint venture between the principals of Langley Construction Co., the company that built the facility, and a group of private investors with 20 years of experience in the self-storage industry.
Nevada Marketing Inc. will manage the site. The company has more than 25 years of self-storage management experience, according to the release.
