Like the other Valley Storage properties, the new facility will be managed by Storage Asset Management Inc., a York, Pa., company that oversees more than 50 self-storage properties and three UPS Stores along the East Coast.

Based in Hagerstown, Md., Valley Storage opened its first self-storage location in Williamsport, Md., in 1986. In June, the company purchased CaGe Self Storage in Dillsburg, Pa., its first location in the state.
