SmartStop Self Storage has opened a new facility in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. The property comprises about 100,000 square feet of rentable space in more than 700 units. The facility also has 25 individual executive offices for lease, which will be targeted at small businesses that want to establish a location close to accessible storage.

The facility at 8 Brewster Road offers units with first-floor, drive-up access. Elevators are available to access units on the second floor. The property also features climate control, video surveillance, and fencing and lighting for added security.

The companys portfolio includes more than 120 properties across the United States and Canada.
