Myers Joins Investment Real Estate
Diane P. Myers joined Investment Real Estate as executive assistant to President John Gilliland. Myers brings more than 30 year of administrative-assistant experience to the position, 10 of which were in the commercial real estate field with Coldwell Banker Commercial-Bennett Williams, High Associates and Rock Commercial Real Estate. Previously, she was the executive assistant at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of York, Pa. Investment Real Estate provides self-storage brokerage, construction and management services to owners and investors in eight states.
OpenTech Adds Vice President
OpenTech Alliance Inc., the makers of Insomniac self-storage kiosks, hired Larry Rolando as vice president of business development. Rolando has 20 years in the computer and software industry including sales positions at Software 2000/Infinium, Blue Martini and NCR. Most recently, he was vice president of North American sales for Silvon Software.
USstoragesearch.com Adds Associates
USstoragesearch.com, a national self-storage locator that specializes in driving targeted online customers to members, added Diana Fisher and Barb Moseley as account executives and Marjorie Hilt as office manager. The new employees were added due to growth and projections, according to the company.
Two Join 21st Century Self Storage
21st Century Self Storage (21CSS) hired Fred Tames as national operations manager to oversee all properties in California, Maryland, Missouri and New Jersey. He is also responsible for new projects for 2007, including the opening of facilities in Miami and Philadelphia, and Marmora and Ocean Township, N.J. Tames 25 years of industry experience includes developing the largest self-storage chain in New York City.
George Lachenmayer joins Lunar Real Estate Services Inc., which builds and operates 21CSS locations, as construction manager. He has more than 28 years of construction experience in Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey.
