Mako Steel Inc., which designs, supplies and installs steel buildings for the self-storage industry, has sponsored minor-league baseball team The Mako Steel Sharks for the spring and summer seasons. The team is part of the North County San Diego MABL/MSBL. Players are 18-24 years old. The Sharks most recently won against the undefeated San Diego Knights, 4-2.
